Gingernut cookies Premix


To make 12-15 cookies 

You will need;

60 grams chopped dates

40 grams Coconut oil

50 grams Maple syrup

50 grams Coconut syrup

10 grams grated Ginger

Add all ingredients together, mix well, Roll into balls 55 gram balls and place on a baking tray. Press down with a fork and bake 12-15 mins on 170 degrees or until golden brown

Ingredients; Quinoa, linseed, coconut oil, almonds, walnuts, dates, ginger, coconut syrup, maple syrup, bicarb soda.
