I've been thinking about delicious dairy-free chocolate all I popped over to one of my favourite Organic stores @nakedfoods @thekitchensrobina and this amazing recipe is what I came up with...Pop into your local NakedFoods store and create some delicious Easter treats for yourself! ☀️🌻🌿😋

The combination of sour cranberries and sweet mulberries resulted in a sensational bitter Sweet Organic Chocolate Bark experience...yum! 😋

What to do:

150g organic cacao butter 

100g cacao powder

1 can of coconut cream 

1/2 teaspoon of  Cinnamon

20 organic hazelnuts chopped 

100 g organic maple syrup 

30g organic pepitas

40g organic dried mulberries 

60g organic dried unsweetened cranberries

I used a Thermomix to melt and mix my ingredients but you could also use a double saucepan to melt the cacao butter and a processor to mix well:

* Melt cacao butter at 37 degrees, add cacao powder, add cream fat from coconut cream tin and discard water, add ground up cinnamon, mix well on medium speed. * Add maple syrup, and continue to mix well on medium speed *Combine dry ingredients, scatter 3/4 of the dry mix over baking paper on a biscuit tray. * Pour melted chocolate over the dry ingredients. Scatter the top of the chocolate with the remaining dry ingredients for decoration. * Place tray into the fridge to set for 30 mins.
